๐Ÿ”ธ Respond promptly to inbound leads within defined SLAs.
๐Ÿ”ธ Initiate personalized outreach via email, calls, and SMS.
๐Ÿ”ธ Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Account Executive (AE) using HubSpot Meetings.
๐Ÿ”ธ Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate notes, activity logs, and lead statuses.
๐Ÿ”ธ Nurture cold leads through cadences or coordinate hand-offs to marketing.
๐Ÿ”ธ Monitor and triage incoming demo requests, website inquiries, and calls.
๐Ÿ”ธ Work closely with AEs to ensure smooth lead hand-offs and calendar sync.
๐Ÿ”ธ Provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns.

๐ŸŽฏ ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ :

๐Ÿ”ธ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
๐Ÿ”ธ 1โ€“3 years of experience in a similar SDR or inside sales role
๐Ÿ”ธ Excellent verbal and written communication โ€” clear, concise, and persuasive
๐Ÿ”ธ Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
๐Ÿ”ธ Confidence in phone outreach and objection handling
๐Ÿ”ธ Strong organizational and follow-up skills โ€” you never let a lead go cold
๐Ÿ”ธ Proactive, independent, and results-driven
๐Ÿ”ธ Familiarity with sales tools like email schedulers, SMS platforms, and sales enablement tools
