We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote
PointofIT is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential prospects using sales intelligence tools and online research
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists
• Execute outbound email campaigns and follow-up sequences
• Engage with prospects through email and phone outreach
• Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making authority
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate CRM records
• Track outreach activities and engagement metrics
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar systems
• Experience managing sales pipelines, lead tracking, and activity reporting within a CRM
• Strong research and prospecting abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Preferred:
• Experience with sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar platforms
• Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting campaigns
• Understanding of IT services, technology solutions, managed services, or SaaS environments
