Sales Admin Executive

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is looking for a "Sales Admin Executive" for their flagship Metropole Experience Center.

Qualifications: BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field (proficiency in MS Excel and Automotive Dealer Management Systems / ERP is a plus).

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Showroom Operations, Commercial Documentation, or Customer Back-Office Support (prior experience in the automotive industry or premium retail operations is preferred).

Location: Metropole Experience Center, Karachi.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales administrative functions, customer documentation, and order-processing workflows at BYD’s flagship Metropole Experience Center. The role involves maintaining accurate vehicle booking files, processing sales paperwork, and ensuring seamless operational support to the sales team to facilitate an effortless purchasing journey for EV buyers.

The individual will coordinate seamlessly with Sales Consultants, Finance, Logistics, and CRM teams to track vehicle allocation, manage customer payment receipts, verify bank finance documentation, and oversee vehicle delivery paperwork. Additionally, they will manage daily showroom visitor logs, oversee test-drive documentation and compliance, and maintain up-to-date sales records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Notably, the role includes managing vehicle registration and tax compliance files, assisting with inventory tracking between the central warehouse and the Experience Center, and upholding BYD's global operational standards to deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in database/Excel management are essential, along with effective communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
