*About the Role*

We are looking for a *Risk Manager* to lead the second line of defense risk program for our consumer finance business. The role ensures strong risk governance, control testing, and incident management, while aligning with *SAMA regulatory requirements*.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead risk governance: maintain risk register, enforce maker–checker, track remediation.

* Conduct RCSAs across customer onboarding, underwriting, disbursement, collections, IT, and vendors.

* Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and update assessments semi-annually.

* Run control testing: plan, walkthroughs, evidence packs, findings, and closure validation.

* Manage incidents: classify severity, run response playbooks (fraud, outage, data/privacy, collections conduct), escalate, and notify regulator when required.

* Ensure compliance with SAMA frameworks (outsourcing, consumer protection, credit reporting, collections conduct).

* Monitor credit portfolio (DPD, roll rates, NPLs, rescheduling governance).

* Oversee vendor risk: due diligence, SLAs, PDPL, outsourcing register.

* Deliver risk awareness training and quarterly refreshers.

* Prepare dashboards/reports for management, Board, and regulator.

* Perform risk-in-change reviews for new products, models, and systems.

*Qualifications & Skills*

* Bachelor’s degree in *Risk, Finance, Banking, or Economics*.

* 4–5 years of experience in *risk management (consumer finance, fintech, or banking)*.

* Hands-on with *RCSA, KRIs, control testing, incident response, regulatory compliance*.

* Strong knowledge of *SAMA requirements*.

*Nice-to-Have:* FRM/IRM/ISO-31000/CIA certification, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), GRC platforms.
