Mendeez, a rapidly growing fashion and lifestyle brand under Siddique Sons, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Branch Manager to lead one of our flagship stores. This is a key leadership role focused on driving retail performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the Mendeez brand standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience aligned with the brand's values.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure stock availability.
- Maintain merchandising, store appearance, and visual display standards.
- Manage staff scheduling and team training initiatives.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably within fashion or apparel.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and sales operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
