We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Residential Solar Sales Representative to support the U.S. residential solar market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales ability, excellent English communication skills, and the confidence to engage with U.S. customers.

📍 Location: Karachi – On-site

🕓 Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM | Mon-Fri 

💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

About the Role:

As a Residential Solar Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective U.S. homeowners, understand their energy requirements, present solar solutions, address customer questions and objections, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective U.S. residential customers and follow up on leads

• Qualify prospects based on electricity usage, property suitability, and solar interest

• Present solar proposals, including system size, estimated production, equipment, savings, and pricing

• Explain financing, payment options, incentives, and applicable programs

• Handle objections related to pricing, savings, financing, installation, and equipment

• Schedule appointments and move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM

• Achieve assigned sales and appointment targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or solar sales preferred

• Experience dealing with the U.S. market or U.S. customers will be an advantage

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, customer-handling, and objection-handling skills

• Comfortable working during the mentioned shift timings

• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Please note: Prior solar industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with excellent English communication, strong sales skills, and experience dealing with customers are also encouraged to apply.
