We are looking for an experienced and skilled *Senior Technical Support Engineer* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with networking, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

💰 *Salary:* PKR 55,000 – 60,000 per month

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network, internet, and connectivity-related issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to LAN, WAN, FTTH, GPON, and fiber-optic networks.

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, OLTs, ONTs/ONUs, and other networking equipment.

- Diagnose network outages, packet loss, latency, bandwidth issues, and connectivity interruptions.

- Monitor network performance and coordinate with the NOC and field teams for timely resolution.

- Handle technical escalations and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.

- Assist in network installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.

- Maintain accurate records of incidents, troubleshooting activities, and technical documentation.

- Guide junior technical support staff and provide technical assistance when required.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

### Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum *2– 3 years of relevant experience* in technical support, networking, or ISP operations.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and subnetting.

- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, OLTs, ONTs/ONUs, and FTTH/GPON technology.

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools, troubleshooting utilities.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle technical escalations, work under pressure, and coordinate with multiple teams.

- Willingness to work in shifts or provide support during network emergencies, when required.
