**Location:** Suite No. E1, Executive Floor, Glass Tower, Near 3 Talwar, Clifton, Karachi

**Salary:** PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month

Logon Broadband is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and professional individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)**. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply!

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat professionally.

- Provide accurate information regarding internet packages, services, billing, and technical issues.

- Register, track, and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with Technical Support, Billing, and Sales departments to resolve customer issues.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the relevant systems.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive image of Logon Broadband.

### Requirements

- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) or equivalent qualification.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

-  Good Typing speed.

- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
