We’re Hiring: Repair & Maintenance Manager – Retail (Footwear & Apparel)

We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized professional to join our team and take full ownership of store repair, upkeep, and maintenance across our retail locations.

#Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all repair and maintenance activities across retail outlets
- Manage service vendors, contractors, and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality work
- Ensure all stores maintain top-notch visual and structural standards
- Proactively identify repair needs and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Track and manage maintenance budgets, invoicing, and cost control
- Support store openings, renovations, and layout updates when required

#Requirements

- Proven experience (5+ years) in retail maintenance management, preferably in footwear, fashion, or apparel
- Strong eye for store presentation and customer-facing aesthetics

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor negotiation skills
