๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง is seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager - South to lead the operational and strategic management of our healthcare programs in the South (Karachi) region.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Lead curriculum development and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee faculty and staff performance
- Enhance programs to meet industry standards
- Build strong collaborations with administration and external partners
- Prepare students for successful healthcare careers
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- MBBS/BDS/Pharm-D + Masterโs in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
- Certification in healthcare management or education
- Proven experience in teaching, program management, leadership, and staff supervision
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations & accreditation
- Awareness of healthcare workforce development trends
