𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager - South to lead the operational and strategic management of our healthcare programs in the South (Karachi) region.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead curriculum development and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee faculty and staff performance
- Enhance programs to meet industry standards
- Build strong collaborations with administration and external partners
- Prepare students for successful healthcare careers

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- MBBS/BDS/Pharm-D + Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
- Certification in healthcare management or education
- Proven experience in teaching, program management, leadership, and staff supervision
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations & accreditation
- Awareness of healthcare workforce development trends
