📌 Job Opportunity – Experienced Receptionist
📍 Headstart School – Head Office, F-6/2 Islamabad

Headstart School is seeking a presentable, well-groomed, and well-versed Receptionist for its Head Office. We’re looking for someone professional and efficient who can manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and recording office stationery & petty cash
Scheduling and coordinating appointments via Google Calendar
Providing support to CEO/ED and Head Office staff
Supervising support staff and ensuring office upkeep
Greeting visitors and guiding them to the relevant departments
Handling incoming calls, messages, and courier services
Coordinating internal meetings and event logistics
Performing tasks assigned by various departments
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
