📌 Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer (Based in Pakistan – Faisalabad)

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with brand standards across all stages of production. The role involves working closely with suppliers and internal teams to execute inspection processes, monitor quality performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality expectations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections at all stages (Pre-production, Inline, Midline, Final, Re-final)

 • Ensure compliance with brand quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements

 • Coordinate with suppliers to implement quality processes and improvements

 • Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective action plans

 • Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) and drive quality enhancement initiatives

 • Prepare and upload inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner

 • Participate in pre-production meetings and ensure inspection readiness

 • Track inspection plans to ensure on-time execution and delivery

 • Collaborate with Merchandising, QA, and other teams for smooth operations

 • Maintain clear communication with suppliers regarding quality expectations

🎓 Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

 • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile, Apparel, or a related field

 • Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel quality assurance

 • Experience working with international brands (preferably European/French market)

 • Prior experience in an MNC Buying Office is preferred

 • Strong understanding of garments, fabrics, and quality inspection standards

💡 Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection processes

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 • Good command of English (written and spoken)

 • Ability to handle multiple inspections and tight timelines

 • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

 • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure

 • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
