🚀 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst! 🚀
Sky Digital Labs is looking for a Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance-readiness (SOC 2 / HIPAA) of our SaaS product suite.
⏰ Schedule: Full-time (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
🌍 Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities:
-Testing: Execute manual functional, integration, and regression tests.
-Automation: Build test scripts (Selenium/Playwright) and test APIs (Postman).
-Compliance: Validate SOC 2, HIPAA controls, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility.
-Defects: Log, triage, and track platform bugs in JIRA.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of software QA experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
-Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the full SDLC.
-Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
-Bonus: Experience with automation frameworks or CI/CD pipelines.
