🚨 We’re Hiring – Proposal Manager 🚨
Accure Engineering is looking for a Proposal Manager to join our growing team in Karachi (Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
📌 Position: Proposal Manager
📍 Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)
🕘 Shift: Morning, 9 AM – 5 PM
🧑💼 Experience: 1–2 years (Must have experience with US-based projects)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
-Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and schedules.
-Float enquiries to suppliers/manufacturers.
-Conduct comparison studies based on suppliers’ quotations.
-Pricing for electrical/technology/grounding systems.
-Assist in compiling tenders.
-Prepare pre-qualification documents, both standards and project-specific questionnaires.
-Create RFIs and maintain project documentation.
-Support electrical design and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
-Strong understanding of procurement and proposal processes.
-Prior experience in US-based project proposals is mandatory.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills.
