📢 We're Hiring: Project Coordinator – FTTX Projects (Remote from Pakistan | Germany Timings)
NETS International is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team and support our FTTX project operations across regions. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in telecom project coordination, we want to hear from you!
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project resources, timelines, and information flow.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to define scope, assign tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor project progress, analyze risks/opportunities, and resolve issues.
Track working hours, expenses, inventory, and procurement status.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and manage quality assurance.
Conduct regular performance tracking, field team coordination, and attendance monitoring.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar planning or coordination role in the FTTX sector.
Strong command of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Understanding of FTTP fieldwork (Splicing, Cable Pulling, Duct Work, Poles/Joints).
Familiarity with project costing, BOMs, supplier negotiation, and KPI reporting.
Ability to read engineering drawings and manage stock/inventory checks.
