Job Title: Project Coordinator/Post Processor Radio Frequency (RF) Project

We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the successful execution of our RF projects.

About the Role:

 As a Project Coordinator for RF Projects, you will be the central hub of communication and organization for our field deployment and network upgrade initiatives. You will work closely with Project Managers, RF Engineers, field technicians, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and understanding of RF terminology and processes will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in planning, initiating, and tracking the progress of multiple RF projects (e.g., new cell site builds, DAS deployments, network modernizations, small cell installations).

Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule field resources, technicians, and subcontractors. Manage equipment logistics, including tracking shipments to and from project sites.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, project plans, change orders, and close-out packages. Prepare and distribute weekly project status updates.

Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors. Facilitate clear communication between engineering, field operations, and management.

Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring that all work complies with company standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.

Issue Tracking: Proactively identify potential project risks and delays. Log and track issues through to resolution, escalating to the Project Manager when necessary.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and document project meetings, including creating agendas and distributing minutes with clear action items.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

4+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications, wireless, or RF industry.

Familiarity with RF concepts and terminology (e.g., antennas, base stations, propagation, link budget, dBm, VSWR) is a significant advantage.
