About the Role:

MacroSoft Pakistan is looking for a proactive and client-focused Project Coordinator to join our delivery and client success team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong client relationships and a deep understanding of each account's business to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your customer portfolio.

Conduct weekly and fortnightly check-ins with client teams to monitor performance, track progress against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Survey clients and prospects to understand pain points within their business so you can align those needs with the company's solutions.

Demo the company's products and solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts.

Oversee onboarding processes and resources for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong foundation for the relationship.

Serve as the primary point of escalation for client issues, resolving problems by identifying root causes, thinking critically to determine the optimal course of action, and implementing the best available solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional account teams—customer success, support, product specialists, sales engineers, data analytics, and more—to support and grow your clients.

Work directly with billing and finance teams on invoicing accuracy, timesheet approvals, and related financial coordination to ensure seamless account operations.

Support contract renewals by proactively engaging clients ahead of renewal dates, ensuring a smooth process.

Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's technology platform and operations, using that knowledge and market input to inform business improvements.

Continuously study market trends to bring consultative, informed insight to client engagements.

 

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

• Understanding of software development environments and Agile delivery practices.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a software house, technology services, or consulting environment.

• Experience supporting business development, proposal preparation, or service expansion

activities.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and workflow automation platforms.
