Project Coordinator

MacroSoft Pakistan is looking for a proactive and client-focused Project Coordinator to join our delivery and client success team. This role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.

 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple client projects from initiation through successful delivery.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure on-time execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

• Facilitate regular status meetings, progress reviews, and client communications.

• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Design, HR, and Recruitment teams to ensure successful

project delivery.

• Support account growth initiatives, contract renewals, and scope expansion opportunities.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and client communication records.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

 Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Client Success, Account Management, or a

similar role.

• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Understanding of software development environments and Agile delivery practices.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a software house, technology services, or consulting environment.

• Exposure to client account management, renewals, and account growth initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.

• Experience supporting business development, proposal preparation, or service expansion

activities.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and workflow automation platforms.
