We are seeking Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement and contract activities across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate vendors, ensuring cost-effective and compliant procurement.

- Oversee contracts: drafting, renewals, and vendor negotiations.

- Manage POs, invoices, and financial coordination with Finance.

- Ensure compliance and supplier onboarding.

- Conduct vendor performance reviews, quality testing, and ensure timely delivery.

- Track savings and provide regular procurement reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years' experience in procurement/contract management.

Should have strong negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
