Dave's Pest Control is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our growing team!

📍 Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

🕐 Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

💰 Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000

📅 Start Date: ASAP

🔍 What You will Do

Manage and maintain vendor spend and purchasing data.

Review and reconcile invoices with Accounting and identify discrepancies.

Maintain accurate vendor and product information.

Track vendor contracts, pricing agreements, rebates, and important deadlines.

Request pricing, follow up with vendors, and prepare vendor comparisons.

Research vendors, manufacturers, purchasing programs, rebates, and discount opportunities.

Analyze purchasing patterns to identify cost-saving and consolidation opportunities.

Prepare clear reports on spending and savings for senior leadership.

Work independently while following established processes and escalating issues when necessary.

Partner with U.S.-based field teams and Pakistan-based Finance/Accounting teams on invoice verification, three-way matching, and leakage audits.

Coordinate with vendors and field operations as needed.

Support inventory management initiatives, including software implementation, usage, and reporting.

✅ What We are Looking For

Background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with invoice reconciliation or vendor data management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong English communication skills.

Ability to work independently and comfortably with a U.S.-based team.

2+ years of experience working with an English-first company is preferred.

Previous remote work experience is a plus.

Experience with Python or similar data tools is a bonus, but not required.
