Procurement Executive

Diamond Fabrics Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier coordination, documentation, invoice follow-ups, and internal coordination with Accounts and Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all procurement-related documentation, paperwork, and record keeping

- Coordinate with suppliers for purchase order placement and delivery follow-ups

- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, payments, and related documents

- Ensure timely invoice submission, verification, and follow-up with relevant departments

- Manage and resolve FBR-related matters, including tax, invoice, and compliance-related issues

- Coordinate internally with Procurement, Accounts, and Warehouse/Stores for smooth processing

- Follow up on pending deliveries, invoices, and payment-related matters

- Support the procurement team in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of procurement processes

Qualification & Experience:

- BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred

- 03 - 04 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing industry

- Good understanding of procurement documentation, supplier coordination, and invoice processing

- Knowledge of FBR/tax-related procurement documentation will be an added advantage

- Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and record management skills
