Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or a related major field of study.

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in any priority segment or premier relationship manager

Job Description:

JS Bank is seeking a dynamic Priority Manager to lead the implementation of sales strategies that drive portfolio growth and customer acquisition within the Priority Lounge. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the customer acquisition process, guiding the team to build a robust pipeline, and optimizing lead generation and conversion strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

Portfolio Growth & Cross-selling: Drive portfolio expansion through cross-selling initiatives, ensuring team members meet growth targets.

Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing customer service and sales team, fostering a customer-centric culture.

Sales & Service Excellence: Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction, while continuously monitoring team performance.

Strategic Guidance: Oversee lead generation, conversion strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the acquisition process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of the banking industry, and an unwavering commitment to both customer and team success.
