About the Role:

Macrosoft Pakistan is seeking an experienced Principal Full-Stack Java Developer to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, modern frontend frameworks, cloud-native development, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical leadership activities.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

 

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

• Experience with React.js or Angular.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.

• Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating LLM APIs
