Job Title: OT Technician (Ophthalmology)

Location: Islamabad

Qualification & Experience:

* Diploma in Operation Theater Technology from a recognized institute

* Registration with relevant Health or Technical Council

* Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in ophthalmic surgeries by preparing OT and handling instruments

* Ensure sterilization and follow infection control procedures

* Support pre- and post-operative patient care

* Manage surgical instruments and inventory

* Prepare OT with correct equipment, sterile supplies, and lighting

* Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

Skills Required:

* Proficiency in ophthalmic OT protocols and surgical instruments

* Strong infection control and sterilization knowledge

* Understanding of eye anatomy, surgical procedures, and basic emergency care

* Excellent teamwork, communication, and detail orientation
