𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: Operations Associate

Location: Karachi (On-Site + Outdoor Visits Required)

ZVolta is building a cutting-edge EV rental and AC charging infrastructure platform and we are looking for a field-ready junior resource to support our daily operations on the ground.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Support daily rentals of EV 3-wheelers, ensuring vehicle availability and readiness.

- Visit and monitor charging stations to ensure smooth operations.

- Energy Unit Recording: Track and record electricity usage for each vehicle accurately.

- Assist with processing payments to vendors, the power supplier, and investors.

- Prepare reports on rentals, energy usage, and financials (daily, weekly, monthly).

- Act as the contact point for vendors; resolve rental or charging issues on-site.

- Maintain accurate data logs and help analyze EV and charging performance.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- Comfortable with outdoor work and dealing with on-ground operations.

- Strong in organization, time management, and using Excel/Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with basic financial tasks is a plus.

- Interested in sustainable energy, EVs, and tech-driven projects.

- Good communicator and problem-solver.
