Position: Officer / Executive / Senior Executive Finance
π Location: Lahore.
π Employment Type: Full-Time
π Education:
β’Β 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration or MBA Finance will be preferred.
π Experience Level:
β’Β 3β7 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts, depending on the position and level.
πΈ Salary: Market Competitive + Perks + VPS
π― Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, receipts, payments, and ledger maintenance.
* Prepare and verify financial documents, vouchers, invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
* Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations, maintain aging reports, and follow up on outstanding receivables/payables.
* Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements, including Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, PRA/SRB, and FBR reporting.
* Prepare periodic financial, receivables/payables, collection, and reconciliation reports and support month-end and year-end closing.
* Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, banks, tax authorities, and auditors, while maintaining proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records.
