About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Off-Page SEO Specialist to lead and execute our link-building and authority-growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backlink building, outreach, and authority development, with a working understanding of on-page SEO to ensure synergy across all optimization efforts. Position Details
📌 Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
📌 Location: Pakistan (Remote)
📌 Experience Required: 3+ Years in Off-Page SEO
🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)
🕒 Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective off-page SEO strategies including white-hat backlink building, digital PR, outreach, and guest posting
Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through partnerships, content collaboration, directories, etc.
Analyze backlink profiles and competitors using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz
Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile
Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align off-page activities with target keywords and content plans
Support on-page SEO optimization when needed (meta tags, URL structure, internal linking)

Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in Off-Page SEO and ethical link-building practices
Strong grasp of anchor text variation, domain authority metrics, and Google’s quality guidelines
Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console
Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals and experience working cross-functionally with writers and developers
Demonstrated success in improving keyword rankings, referral traffic, and domain authority
Strong communication, outreach, and research skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international or multilingual websites
Familiarity with digital PR and content marketing tactics
A network of industry contacts or publishers is a big plus
