Sukooon Wellness is hiring an experienced Networking Manager to manage, maintain, and secure the company’s IT infrastructure, including internet connectivity, servers, networks, and system security across all departments.

Position: Networking Manager

Key Responsibilities

 • Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks

 • Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, bandwidth, and network performance

 • Manage on-premises and cloud-based servers

 • Ensure network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access control

 • Troubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues promptly

 • Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and hardware suppliers

 • Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and system redundancy plans

 • Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs

 • Support ERP, CCTV, biometric, and internal IT systems

 • Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection standards

Eligibility Criteria

 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Network Engineering

 • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in networking and server management

 • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP

 • Experience with firewalls, routers, switches (Cisco, MikroTik, FortiGate preferred)

 • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and virtualization

 • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices

 • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
