Network Security Engineer

Innovative Solutions is looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer!

💠Responsibilities:

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless devices.

- Administer and maintain FortiGate Firewalls, VPNs (IPsec/ssl), sd-wan, VLANs, routing, Nat, and Security policies.

- Monitor network performance, availability, and security using enterprise monitoring tools.

- Perform routine health checks, firmware upgrades, configuration backups, patching, incident troubleshooting and security hardening activities.

- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.

- Support users by resolving L2/L3 network and security-related incidents within defined SLA.

- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple office locations and ensure business continuity.

- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration records and asset inventory.

- Ensure compliance with organizational it security standards and best practices.

💠Requirements: 

- Experience of 5 to 7 years is Mandatory

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.

- Technical Certification:

• CCNA (preferred)

• Fortinet Nse 4 (highly preferred)

• CCNP (added advantage)

• CompTIA security+ (added advantage)

- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices.

- Support infrastructure enhancement projects and provide technical assistance during planned maintenance and critical incidents. 

📍 Location: DHA phase 6, Karachi

🕛 Timings: 10 am to 7pm, Monday to Friday
