Network Operations Service Desk and Fault Management
- 7-8 years of experience
- Strong background in telecommunications networks, service desk operations, and fault management
- Responsibilities: Support and manage operations teams, collaborate with Incident and Change Managers, prepare reports for executive teams

Radio Access Network Operations Auditing & Acceptance Engineer
- Up to 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of wireless telecom networks, RAN nodes, and OSS platforms
- Responsibilities: Audit and accept network elements, support troubleshooting analysis on vendor OSS, monitor KPIs

Radio Access Network Operations Configuration Engineer
- Up to 5 years of experience
- Experience with data build, script creation, and OSS tools
- Responsibilities: Execute plans and create scripts for configuration activities, support BTS integration and troubleshooting

Requirements:

- Engineering degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Computer Science
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Vendor training certifications (e.g., Ericsson, ZTE, Nokia, Huawei)
- Experience working with mobile operators in Europe and/or the US
