1. Customer Support Representative – Female
Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and professional support to US clients via calls and chats.
• Resolve queries with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure client satisfaction and follow up as needed.
2. Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Client Focus: USA-based clients
Responsibilities:
• Manage bidding on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Write customized, professional proposals.
• Communicate with clients and convert leads into projects.
• Maintain long-term client relationships.
3. Graphic Designer
Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Responsibilities:
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD).
• Create designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop engaging graphics for digital marketing and social media platforms.
