🚀 Business Development Executive

Role Summary:

As a BDE, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct client engagement and solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and meet potential clients in the retail & corporate sector.
Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
Generate and follow up on new business leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (Software/ERP sales preferred).
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality.
