​Job Summary:
​btl. is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator to launch and manage a new video gaming channel. This is a unique opportunity for an entry-level candidate (fresher) to break into the global gaming industry, working with a team of international professionals. The ideal candidate lives and breathes gaming culture and has a natural talent for creating fresh, viral video content.

​This position begins as an internship designed to evolve into a full-time freelance role and subsequently a permanent position based on performance.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Develop, manage, and grow our social media channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
​Create, edit, and publish a consistent pipeline of engaging video content, including shorts, reels, and highlights.
​Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that resonate with the global gaming community.
​Monitor and report on social media performance, using analytics to inform content strategy.
​Stay current with the latest gaming trends, memes, and platform updates to ensure content is timely and relevant.

​Qualifications:
​A demonstrable passion for video games and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
​A natural storyteller with a creative eye for video content.
​Familiarity with the content formats and community dynamics of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
​Basic video editing skills are a significant plus.
​A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a professional setting.
​Excellent communication skills in English.
