1) HSE Supervisor

Engro Energy is looking for an HSE Supervisor (Contract) to join the Thar Foundation at our Thar Site.

The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of HSE experience, with a DAE in HSE. A Nebosh certification will be preferred. This role is responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with global and local HSE standards, issuing and monitoring permits for high-risk activities, and driving corrective and preventive actions to strengthen safety culture.

2) Assistant Manager - Electrical System

Engro Energy is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Electrical System to join the SECMC team at Thar Site.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the process industry. The role requires strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems, while ensuring strict compliance with safety and industry standards.

This position will be responsible for supervising field activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders and contractors to optimise resources.

The selected candidate will also drive continuous improvements in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) performance to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

3) Planning Engineer

Engro Energy is hiring a Planning Engineer (Contract) for Thar Foundation, based at Thar Site.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5–7 years of relevant experience and certification in Primavera P6. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining baseline project schedules using Primavera or MS Project, developing Gantt charts and WBS, tracking progress, analyzing variances, and generating performance reports.

The position will also play a key role in integrating MEP, civil, and infrastructure planning to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
