### 1. Fiber Technician

💰 **Salary:** PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

**Requirements:**

- Matric/Intermediate qualification preferred.

- Experience in fiber-optic installation, FTTH, or ODN is preferred.

- Knowledge of fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Driving license is an advantage.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install and configure fiber-optic cables and network equipment.

- Perform fiber splicing, testing, and fault diagnosis.

- Troubleshoot fiber-network issues and restore connectivity.

- Conduct network maintenance and site visits.

- Maintain work records and follow safety procedures.

### 2. Fiber Helper

💰 **Salary:** PKR 32,000 – 35,000 per month

**Requirements:**

- Matric qualification preferred.

- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.

- Willingness to learn fiber-optic installation work.

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

- Good communication skills; local candidates preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist fiber technicians with installation and maintenance.

- Carry and arrange tools, cables, and equipment.

- Support cable laying, ducting, and site preparation.

- Assist with fiber installation and repair activities.

- Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety guidelines.
