### 1. Billing Officer

**Salary: PKR 40,000 per month**

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or a relevant field).

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Basic to intermediate computer skills.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Previous experience in billing or a similar role will be an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Prepare and process customer bills accurately.

- Verify and update billing records.

- Handle billing-related queries and payment follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate billing records using MS Excel.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

- Prepare billing reports and maintain proper documentation.

### 2. Recovery Officer

**Salary: PKR 40,000 per month**

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.A., or a relevant field).

- Own bike is mandatory.

- Smartphone is mandatory.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

- Previous experience in recovery, collections, or customer follow-up will be an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.

- Follow up on overdue bills and pending payments.

- Visit customers when required to facilitate payment recovery.

- Resolve payment-related issues professionally.

- Maintain accurate recovery records and update daily reports.

- Coordinate with the finance team to achieve collection targets.
