We're looking for passionate professionals for the following roles:

MERN Stack Developer

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with 2–3 years of MERN Stack experience.

• Strong command of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with REST APIs, Git, JWT/OAuth, and database optimization.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

AI Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–1.5 years of experience in AI/ML development with strong Python skills.

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI APIs.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Git, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Telecaller Sales Executive

• Female candidate with 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Cold Calling, Telesales, or Sales.

• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Confident in outbound calling, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools; IT/Software sales or international cold calling experience is a plus.

Business Development Executive (𝐁𝐃𝐄)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship management skills.

• Proficient in LinkedIn, email outreach, MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM tools, with good written and spoken English.

User Acquisition Manager & ASO Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in User Acquisition, ASO, or Performance Marketing for the mobile gaming industry.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, mobile attribution, analytics, and ASO.

• Strong knowledge of gaming KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU) and A/B testing.
