BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for the following roles in their Customer First Department, located at the Head Office – Karachi.

1. Assistant Manager Planning:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Management Accounting or equivalent

Experience:
3 - 4 years of relevant experience (automotive preferred)

Responsibilities include analysing and optimizing business performance to drive growth. Mapping and enhancing the customer journey across the full value chain to support sustainable and profitable outcomes. The incumbent will further be responsible to conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop data-driven strategies, leveraging insights and AI-enabled automation to streamline operations and improve decision-making. Oversee budget planning and management to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals

2. Junior Executive Planning:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience:
2 - 3 years of relevant experience (automotive preferred)

Responsibilities include the collection, cleaning, and organizing datasets from various sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Excel etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support. Monitor and maintain data quality and recommend improvements in data collection processes. Generate actionable insights by identifying trends that enhance forecasting, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
