Finova Global is seeking motivated professionals to grow our international client base through Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, and similar freelance platforms.

1. Senior Freelance Marketplace Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop and manage growth strategies across freelance platforms.

Create, optimise, and manage freelancer/agency profiles.

Identify projects, prepare proposals, manage bidding, and convert leads.

Improve profile visibility, portfolios, ratings, and service packages.

Guide the junior executive and monitor performance.

Requirements

Proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, or similar platforms.

Strong proposal writing, client communication, and sales conversion skills.

Experience with startups and newly created profiles is preferred.

Knowledge of IT, finance, consulting, digital marketing, website development, or Odoo/ERP services is an advantage.

2. Junior Freelance Marketplace Executive

Responsibilities

Search for suitable jobs and leads on freelance platforms.

Assist with proposals, cover letters, Fiverr gigs, profiles, and client responses.

Maintain portfolios, lead trackers, project records, and profile visibility.

Follow up with potential clients and coordinate with the delivery team.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, or similar platforms.

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Interest in freelancing, sales, business development, and international clients.

Fresh candidates with internships, freelance, or practical experience may apply.
