𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬:
🔹Iman Gadzhi – high‑energy cuts, bold text, retention pacing
🔹Ali Abdaal – polished long‑form edits, clean B‑roll, warm grading
🔹Andrew Huberman – scientific visualisations, professional audio
🔹MKBHD – world‑class colour grading, minimal aesthetic
🔹Alex Hormozi – bold text‑forward style, fast pacing
𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞:
🔹Edit both short and long form videos as per requirements
🔹Edit YouTube videos (10–45 mins) + repurpose into Reels/Shorts/TikTok
🔹Create motion graphics/animations in After Effects (text, transitions)
🔹Handle colour grading, audio mixing, multi‑platform formatting
🔹Deliver on time with consistent brand alignment
𝟐) Project Manager / Client Success Manager
Location: Remote (Pakistan‑based)
Type: Full‑time
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
🔹2+ years in project/client success (creative/digital agency) preferred.
🔹Knowledge of YouTube content and short‑form (Reels, Shorts)
🔹Strong communication; proactive problem‑solver
𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞:
🔹Own client engagements end‑to‑end: onboarding, delivery, retention
🔹Manage production pipelines, deadlines, and team coordination
🔹Primary client contact; run check‑ins and turn feedback into briefs
🔹Monitor client health, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities
🔹Review content quality before delivery; advise on trends and retention strategies
