Full Time Permanents 

01: Detailer for BOQ

Requirements:

2-5+ years of experience in detailing for structural steel projects

Proficiency in:

    - AutoCAD

    - Tekla Structures

    - Other relevant software (e.g., Advance Steel, SDS/2)

    - Preparing detailed drawings for erection and sheeting

 BOQ preparation and economization

 Collaborating with project teams

 Knowledge of steel construction practices and safety standards

Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

- Experience with fabrication and erection processes

- Understanding of project timelines and deadlines

Salary: 70k – 100k

02: Fabricator

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret Plans: Read and understand blueprints, sketches, and specifications.

Cut & Shape: Use tools like shears, plasma cutters, lasers, drills, and brakes to cut, bend, and form metal.

Assemble: Join metal pieces using welding (MIG, TIG, etc.), riveting, or mechanical fasteners.

Operate Machinery: Set up and run various metalworking machines (presses, rollers, etc.).

Finish: Grind, file, and finish components to meet quality standards.

Quality Control: Inspect work for accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Safety: Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment. 

Experience: 2-5+ years

Salary: 50k – 70k

03: CNC Machine Operator

Description:

CNC machine operator requirements typically include a 

strong math/mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints, attention to detail, computer skills for loading programs, and experience with precision measurement tools like micrometers, with vocational training or experience being highly beneficial for setup and more advanced roles. Key skills involve operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and quality checking parts.

Experience: 2-3+ years’ operating CNC machinery is often required,

Salary: 40k – 50k

04: Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

A mechanical engineer's daily tasks can be diverse and vary by industry and experience level, but generally include: 

Design and Analysis: Using computer-aided design (CAD) software (like Solid Works or AutoCAD) to create detailed models and blueprints,

and using analytical tools for simulations to ensure designs function correctly under various conditions.

Prototyping and Testing: Developing and testing prototypes to validate designs, analyzing test data, and modifying designs as needed to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Manufacturing Support: Overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced according to specifications, optimizing production lines, and implementing quality control procedures.

Problem Solving: Investigating equipment failures, diagnosing faulty operations, and developing innovative solutions or modifications to resolve problems and improve efficiency or reliability.

Collaboration and Project Management: Working within multidisciplinary teams (with electrical engineers, architects, manufacturers, etc.)

and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources from conception to completion.

Documentation: Preparing technical reports, documentation, specifications, and manuals for designs, test procedures, and operation.

Education: High School Diploma

05: Welder Manual 

Description:

 Interpret blueprints, and specifications

 Perform welding operations using various processes 

 Ensure weld quality and meet safety standards

 Maintain equipment and workspace

 Collaborate with team members

Experience: 2-5+ years

Salary: 40k – 50k

06: Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and ensure stock is available while preventing shortages or overstocking.

Receiving & Issuing: Accept deliveries, inspect for damage, record items, and issue materials to authorized personnel.

Storage & Organization: Arrange and maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom, often using FIFO (First-In, First-Out).

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, generate reports, and process documentation (e.g., Material Received Reports).

Stock Control: Rotate stock, handle surplus/expired items, and manage stock preparation for dispatch.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proper handling of goods. 

Education: Intermediate

Experience: 1-3+ years

Salary: 35k – 40k
