Requirements:

• Experience: 0–1 year (experience in solar companies will be preferred)

2.    Management Trainee Officer - NOC

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Power major preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy mindset and genuine interest in smart energy systems

• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 

3.    Management Trainee Officer - Finance

Requirements:

• Education: BBA/MBA (Finance) or a related discipline

• Experience: 0–1 year (experience in solar or related industries will be an advantage)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with basic financial tools and reporting

• Keen attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn and adapt

• Experience or understanding of business process documentation, with the ability to create

• Clear and organized records of workflows and procedures

• Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and ensure alignment in financial processes

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate, consistent documentation and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies or project management principles will be considered a plus

4.    Technical Support Officer  - NOC

 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering

• Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and power management concepts

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently

• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced technical environment

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving mindset
