Job Opportunity: Multi Unit Manager (MUM) – Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Ranchers Café is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Multi Unit Manager (MUM) to oversee and manage our multiple outlets across Islamabad & Rawalpindi.

Position: Multi Unit Manager (MUM)
Location: Islamabad & Rawalpindi Region

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multi-branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow, service excellence, and compliance with food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Lead, guide, and motivate Branch Managers and teams to achieve business goals through effective training, development, and performance management.
• Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to boost revenue, and control costs, inventory, and wastage to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and operational reviews to maintain efficiency and standards.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve escalations, and foster strong customer relationships.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in multi-unit management within the food & beverage/quick-service restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver operational excellence.
• Flexible to travel frequently within Islamabad & Rawalpindi region.
