📢 Job Opportunity: MIS Officer (Textile Industry, Lahore)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented MIS Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering departmental reports, compiling data, and presenting key insights to Directors for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, review, and consolidate daily/weekly/monthly reports from different departments (Production, Sales, Accounts, etc.).

Prepare production performance reports, delay factor analysis, charts, and dashboards for management.

Analyze trends, highlight deviations, and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting systems.

Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management and Directors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, Conditional Formatting, Data Analysis tools).

Knowledge of ERP systems, MIS reporting, or database management will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills for report presentation.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in MIS/Reporting role, preferably in textile/manufacturing industry.
