Herbiotics Health Care, a leading vitamin brand, is seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Manager to join our team and drive conversions and sales for our Nutraceutical and Skincare brands on Facebook and Instagram.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Meta Ads strategies to drive conversions and sales
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS and ROI
- Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to inform campaign strategies
- Create high-performing ad content and landing pages
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 5+ years of experience in Meta Ads management with a proven track record of delivering high ROAS and ROI
- Experience working with Nutraceutical and Skincare brands
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads platforms, including:
- Conversion Ads: campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis
- Targeted Audience: audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Interest-Based Campaigns: campaign setup, targeting, and performance optimization
- Strong experience with content marketing and ad creative development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
