About the Role

Aquila360 is looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1) Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

2) Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.

3) Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

4) Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

5) Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.

6) Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

2) 2–3 years of experience working as a MERN Stack Developer.

3) Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

4) Good understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

5) Experience with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.

6) Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

7) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
