What You’ll Do:
* Lead and mentor a merchandising team
* Develop and execute merchandising plans
* Visit markets, ensure standards, and drive results
* Onboard new team members quickly

What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 5+ years’ merchandising/retail experience (1+ year in a supervisory role)
* Strong analytical & communication skills
* Willingness to travel

Salary: PKR 55,000 - 60,000/month (includes allowances, incentives, gratuity)
