MEP Manager

We’re Hiring: MEP Manager

Bahria Town is seeking an experienced and competent MEP Manager to join our team at Bahria Enclave Head Office, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities to ensure smooth project execution in line with approved designs, quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedules

Coordinate and resolve issues between MEP subcontractors during construction

Review and validate MEP design issues and recommend alternative technical solutions

Review, receive and process MEP submittals, shop drawings and material approvals

Maintain records of all MEP changes and as-built information on site drawings

Assist in scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work orders

Supervise and assist in installation of MEP works, including HVAC systems

Oversee installation of building transportation systems, including elevators and escalators

Direct, monitor and control activities of MEP subcontractors

Liaise with Consultant MEP Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant stakeholders

Ensure compliance with quality documentation, records, and approved procedures

Ensure strict adherence to project safety regulations

Assist in testing, commissioning and handover of MEP equipment and systems

Qualifications & Experience:

BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering

Strong working knowledge of MEP drawings, plans, specifications, and schematics

8–10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems

Proven experience in coordination, supervision, and contractor management
