Prime Doc Billing LLC, a growing U.S.-based Medical Billing & RCM company, is looking for an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant to join our Islamabad office.

Position: Medical Virtual Assistant
Location: I-9, Islamabad
Job Type: On-site | Full-time
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Scope of Work:
✔️ Assist with daily practice management tasks
✔️ Manage patient scheduling, reminders & follow-ups
✔️ Handle medical documentation & EHR updates
✔️ Support billing, insurance verification & claim follow-ups
✔️ Communicate with providers & patients professionally

Requirements:
🔹 Strong communication & organizational skills
🔹 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant in the medical billing industry preferred
🔹 Ability to work U.S. business hours (Night Shift)
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and ensure multitasking
