We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing function for home automation and smart building solutions across the Pakistan & GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales.

• Manage the marketing team, ensuring effective planning, task allocation and performance tracking through Jira sprints.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and Marketing team for alignment on content, product marketing and campaign execution.

• Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions and promotional events to enhance market visibility.

• Leverage HubSpot CRM for B2B/B2C data management, marketing automation and campaign performance tracking.

• Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, presentations and digital collateral.

• Manage and update the company website with relevant home automation and smart building content.

• Oversee social media strategy, website traffic growth and email marketing campaigns to boost engagement.

• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Conduct market research to gather insights on customer behavior, industry trends and competitive positioning.

• Work with Marketing Operations on design, social media and content creation for impactful brand communication.

• Assess pipeline and performance data to identify new marketing opportunities and improve ROI.

• Drive creative ideation and production of engaging digital content (posts, videos, visuals) consistent with the brand voice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in technology, software or hardware industries.

• Proven team leadership and managerial experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

• Hands-on experience managing Jira sprints or agile marketing workflows.

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or German is a plus).

• Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with international teams.

• Prior experience in startup or multinational settings is highly desirable.
